With precise welding capability and compatibility across a range of battery build types, the SUNKKO 737G+ is a versatile, reliable tool trusted in battery manufacturing and DIY pack building alike. Whether you're working with nickel-plated steel or pure nickel strip, it delivers efficient, high-quality welds every time.

Important: the 737G+ cannot weld copper or aluminum. It's built specifically for nickel-plated steel and pure nickel strip.

Key Features

  • Adjustable welding current (120-1200A) — dial in the right power for your specific weld
  • Adjustable pulse quantity, up to 18 pulses — fine control over weld strength and quality
  • Adjustable welding needle distance (2-7mm) — fits a range of pack configurations
  • Three welding methods — fixed head, mobile pen, or mobile pen with foot pedal, depending on your workflow
  • Professional cable sizing — 16mm² cross-sectional area for reliable current delivery

How to Use It

Method 1 — Fixed Welding Head: Fit the fixed welding head with copper welding rods, plug in the foot pedal, then power on the main switch followed by the welding power switch. Adjust pulse quantity and current level, then weld using the fixed head and foot pedal.

Method 2 — Mobile Welding Pen with Pedal: Insert the mobile welding pen (no copper rods needed), plug in the foot pedal, power on the main switch followed by the welding power switch, then weld using the pen and pedal.

Method 3 — Mobile Welding Pen, Button-Controlled: Insert the mobile welding pen, power on the main switch followed by the welding power button, adjust pulse quantity and current level, then weld directly with the pen.
