737G+ Battery Spot Welder, Pulse Welding Machine
With its precise welding capabilities and compatibility with a wide range of battery types, the 737G+ is a versatile and reliable tool for professionals in the battery manufacturing industry. Whether you are working with nickel-plated steel or pure nickel strip, this innovative product ensures efficient and high-quality welds every time.
1. For welding method 1, start by fitting the fixed welding head with copper welding rods before powering on the machine. This ensures a secure and efficient welding process. Don't forget to plug in the foot pedal as well. Once everything is in place, turn on the main power button followed by the welding power switch. To achieve reliable and elegant spots, make sure to adjust the pulse quantity and welding current level accordingly. Finally, you can begin welding your batteries using the fixed welding head along with the foot pedal.
2. If you're using welding method 2, the first step is to insert the mobile welding pen. Unlike method 1, there is no need to fit the welding head with copper welding rods. After inserting the pen, plug in the foot pedal and turn on the main power button, followed by the welding power switch. With everything powered up, you can now start welding your batteries using the mobile welding pen along with the foot pedal. This method offers convenience and flexibility without compromising on the quality of the welds.
3. For welding method 3, begin by inserting the mobile welding pen, just like in method 2. There is no need to fit the welding head with copper welding rods in this case as well. After inserting the pen, turn on the main power switch, followed by the welding power button. Once both switches are on, you can adjust the pulse quantity and welding current level to ensure reliable and elegant spots. With the settings adjusted, you can now proceed to weld your batteries using the mobile welding pen. This method provides versatility and allows for precise control over the welding process.
